Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original Maison Close packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and hygienic liners remain attached to intimate apparel.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel, removing any previous shipping stickers.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our atelier inspects the returned goods.
